Where is the real preparation to deal with such forthcoming situation

Puskar raj pant from Kathmandu : Yesterday after 19 days after horrific quake , once again 7.4 rector shocks scaled. More than 30 people died in Kathmandu only. Sindhupalcholk & dolakha is mostly effected. It is so tragic to see people under the sky without tent,food.

there is no enough helicopter to supply relief in remote area. What a shameful condition for national and international community.

U. N. O. International community,and national government have been utterly failed. Now, Nepal would be suffering from Avalanche in mountain area and big landslide will be there in hilly area.

Where is the real preparation to deal with such forthcoming situation.
