A woman in her early 20s has been arrested on charge of fraud   from the Capital, the Teku-based Metropolitan Police Crime Division said.. She is said to be a permanent resident of Hastichaur, Gulmi district,but this days she was living in Pokhara before moving to Kathmandu. she said herself as  a medical doctor .According to Nepal police she was daughter of a Deputy Inspector General of Nepal Police, Sanat KC. By sayig herself as a daughter of police she used to take goods from store without paying. Moreover, she used Viber, a popular instant messaging, with a mobile number acquired by presenting fake documents, according to police. Police found out that she was using at least nine SIM cards of Nepal Telecom and Ncell. Police investigations revealed that she was involved in fraud activities in Pokhara a year ago. After a local tabloid published a story about her activities, she left the pokhara City and came to the kathmandu — apparently to continue her fake business. According to the report published by the Pokhara-based newspaper, she had lured some medical doctors into temptation by promising to marry them and had lived together with them. After coming to Kathmandu, she had targeted doctors and other youth, and was staying at different hotels. Police said their records showed that the fraud  woman was taken in custody by the Metropolitan Police Sector, Satdobato, on charge of fraudulence on on October, 2014. She was accused of trying to marry a man posing herself as a medical doctor, then.
